Extremely disappointed. I took my chainsaw in to have sprocket replaced and it was done without problem but when I used it came apart. Took back to store and they had for 3 weeks and claimed couldn't get part. I finally just picked it up still in pieces and ordered the part myself, which i just so happened to find in stock and shipped in one day. I wish i wouldnt have wasted my time and money with this company.

This place is HORRIBLE! they sold me 2 tires and they dry rotted from being so OLD!! When i rook the tire back WITHIN their 30 day warranty they REFUSED to exchange my tire! Not to mention there were 5 men there that were supposed to be working took 15minutes just to ask what I needed! DON'T COME HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
I'm a regular customer there they have a lot of great stuff and are really nice.
If you insist on a John Deere, these are the people to see. JD dealerships are few and far between. I do not recommend getting one from a big box store. JD only sells equipment for heavy duty use at the dealerships. Big box models are for cookie cutter lawns with no slopes. The guys over at Boyd were extremely helpful when my big box bought model's engine oversped. Needless to say, these guys explained the truth behind models (a pressurized oil system for example only available at dealerships needed for any engine operating on slopes/inclines as part of the job). I personally no longer recommend JD across the board, but shop with confidence with Boyd if JD is a must.
