I'm a storage rookie. I had no idea how renting a unit worked. The ladies at Morningstar Storage in Lake Wylie are super nice, and explained everything to me in a clear and concise manor. Within minutes, I had a unit reserved. The location is very nice and clean. The building is secure, and I feel like my belongings are safe. I recommend Morningstar Storage!!
Would recommend them over anyone I have ever dealt with. The lady in the office was nice as can be. She stayed open late just to get my paperwork finished because I was running late getting to the unit due to getting lost. Making this large of a move was made just a little easier in having this facility and the ease of getting everything up to the correct floor.
My move-in date was July 4th, so the company was closed. Charles was kind enough to let me in so I could return my moving truck in time. He was one of the kindest business man I've spoken to on the phone. I recommend them purely for the customer service, but the facility is one of the nicest storage places I've ever been in. : )
